Do They Drug Test You on Diversion in Kansas for Alcohol Related Offenses?

Question by : Do they drug test you on diversion in Kansas for alcohol related offenses?
I got charged with MIP and unlawful use of a drivers license. I’ve heard some people say they never once got tested while other people say you do. Please let me know if you’ve had experience with this in Kansas.

Are you asking because your going to drink or get high again after having a MIP. It’s random, stay sober and clean and you won’t have any problems.
